• Custom items are non returnable
Items made to size ,fabric and colour choice are considered custom.
• All Items are subject to be inspected on returns in original packaging unused land inspected .
• No misused items/products will be refunded or exchanged
• All quality issues/problems/defects are to be reported in writing within 7 days of purchase.
• All items have a warranty of 6 months (subject to warranty terms and conditions)
• We do not install the headboards wall hooks , they are however provided with item/s bought.
Fittings are not provided as each wall build is different therefore you as the customer are to provide your own fittings meant for your wall makeup.
• All products that has been fabric protected are not to be overwashed .
Animal urine is not covered due to their acidic nature we cannot guarantee 100% protection.
• When wiping off a spill or cleaning off fabric , use a non abrasive cloth and dab lightly. Never wipe abrasively Or harshly as this is likely to ruin or spoil fabric.
• Do not store or keep fabrics in direct sunlight as it will or is most likely to fade over time . This applies to leatherette , fabric and genuine leather .
Genuine leathers are to be treated regularly to maintain its healthy vibrant look.
Fabrics have various rub counts therefore various lifespans for usage .
Items ordered ordered and customized or reupholstered is to be specifically written out in detail as to what the client/customer wants . Items not specified will be done according to our knowledge and best route of action .
Restuffing of couch cushions are to be done every 2 to 3 years after bought as this can go flat overtime depending on usage . By taking the pillow and giving it a nice generous poofing up on each of the sides .
Deliveries will take place during weekdays and on Saturdays if pre arranged .
All orders are to be given a 10 to 14 day lead time . Sofas and chairs may incure 4 to 6 weeks lead time .
Bed bases are made with Pine wood and sourced locally.
All items are made locally in Cape Town Western Cape . We source all fabrics and raw materials locally and source only the best from the best suppliers.
All fabric rolls may differ with different batches. Some may be lighter or darker . Allow slight differences .
All pleats are done by hand and no 2 pleats can be the same . Allow for slight variations.
Genuine leather is sourced from animals ,then run through a process . No 2 skins will be the same . Allow for skin variations and colour differences aswell as course or smooth textures . Genuine leather skins also may have scars or numbers on the skin . We try to make use of all parts of the skins and may use imperfect skin parts . These are sourced from one of the best Cape Town suppliers in Bellville.
Couch legs that are made of wood will not be the same and incure variations due to its natural nature .
All wooden products made from natural woods will have variations according to pictures provided as no two woods or wood planks are the same due to its natural nature . Allow for various finishes ,but however similar.
Standard items carry specific sizes and measurements . Unless specified ,all items will arrive with standard measurements .
