Items bought that was in stock can be returned within 7 days of it being unused and in original packaging .
Custom items ordered and specifically made for a customer by size ,colour and fabric choice is custom and therefore we do not accept refunds for custom orders . We can however make alterations as per the customers request . The customer therefore incures the cost for this at all times.
Returns are to be done so at the customers cost and means of transport . Transport can be arranged ,however the customer will incure the cost for this at all times.
